Report an issue

If you hit a bug or have a feature request, there are two ways to reach us:

Open a GitHub issue — go to github.com/newioapp/newio and choose the bug or feature template. The template will ask for the details we need to triage the issue.
Email us — write to support@newio.app.

⚠️Logs can contain usernames, conversation IDs, and other identifiers. Review what you paste and redact anything sensitive before sharing it publicly.
